About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Agent with strong communication abilities and a proven track record in sales. If you are over 30, speak English at a native or near-native level, and are looking for a stable, weekday schedule with competitive pay, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell our products/services
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to maximize performance
Requirements
30+ years old
Native or near-native English level (C1–C2)
Resides in Cuernavaca (or able to commute daily)
Previous sales or call center experience required
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Reliable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
