About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Agent with strong communication abilities and a proven track record in sales. If you are over 30, speak English at a native or near-native level, and are looking for a stable, weekday schedule with competitive pay, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell our products/services

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using our CRM system

  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize performance

Requirements

  • 30+ years old

  • Native or near-native English level (C1–C2)

  • Resides in Cuernavaca (or able to commute daily)

  • Previous sales or call center experience required

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Reliable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
