About the Position

We are looking for a Call Center Manager with strong sales expertise and leadership skills. If you are over 30, speak English at a native or near-native level, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with full benefits, this position may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center sales agents

  • Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded

  • Provide training, feedback, and support to improve productivity and sales results

  • Handle escalated calls and ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and collaborate with management on strategy

  • Maintain a positive, high-performance environment

Requirements

  • 30+ years old

  • Native or near-native English proficiency (C1–C2)

  • Residing in Cuernavaca or able to commute daily

  • Proven sales experience and prior team lead/supervisory experience in a call center (preferred)

  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Goal-driven with the ability to motivate and guide a team
