About the Position
We are looking for a Call Center Manager with strong sales expertise and leadership skills. If you are over 30, speak English at a native or near-native level, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with full benefits, this position may be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center sales agents
Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Provide training, feedback, and support to improve productivity and sales results
Handle escalated calls and ensure an excellent customer experience
Prepare daily/weekly reports and collaborate with management on strategy
Maintain a positive, high-performance environment
Requirements
30+ years old
Native or near-native English proficiency (C1–C2)
Residing in Cuernavaca or able to commute daily
Proven sales experience and prior team lead/supervisory experience in a call center (preferred)
Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
Goal-driven with the ability to motivate and guide a team
