In this role, you’ll be joining a creative collaboration with an interior design company based in the United States that specializes in customized kitchen design and installation.


We’re seeking 2 roles:


1. Design Assistant

A detail-oriented and visually creative 3D Design Specialist to join their design team. You’ll help clients visualize their dream kitchens through realistic renderings and functional layouts, working closely with design leads and installers to ensure flawless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software (or similar CAD/design tools).
  • Produce clear and compelling 3D renderings for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design team on measurements, layout plans, and stylistic themes.
  • Make real-time visual adjustments based on client feedback.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in each design detail for construction purposes.


Required Skills:

  • Passion for architecture, interior design, or 3D modeling.
  • Experience using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Chief Architect, or equivalent.
  • High visual accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong spatial reasoning and design sensibility.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable using design platforms and learning new software.


Preferred Experience:

  • Prior exposure to kitchen, bath, or home design projects.
  • Familiarity with construction layouts and blueprint interpretation.
  • Any hands-on or academic background in architecture, industrial design, or interior design.


Schedule & Location: Monday to Friday, morning shift.This is an on-site position in Cuernavaca, Morelos. Proximity is preferred.

2. Marketing COmmunity Manager


We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Community Manager to strengthen our presence both locally in Cuernavaca and internationally in the U.S. This is a key role in helping us grow: you'll create digital content, build community engagement, and help generate interest from both potential clients and local talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Plan and publish engaging content to promote our employer brand in Cuernavaca and our business services in the U.S.
  • Build community engagement by interacting with local followers and industry peers.
  • Coordinate campaigns that highlight our recruitment services, client success stories, and cultural values.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure consistent tone and branding.


Required Skills

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of B2B social media strategies, especially for U.S. markets.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cuernavaca.


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in community management or content marketing.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Interest in recruiting, outsourcing, or talent branding is a plus.
